Entering the base of this huge, dark blue glass
pyramid, you feel a little like you're in Las Vegas, but inside,
you'll find a warehouse-like gym full of college students pedaling
away on Lifecycles. The style here is purely utilitarian, with
exposed heating ducts and cement floors, but the equipment is well
kept, and the staff is able and friendly. You don't have to be a
student to join. The club is part of a network of gyms situated all
over California, featuring all the latest exercise methods and
equipment, including Tae Bo, yoga and spinning as well as boxing and
physical therapy.
